3. Do not take pills with COOLwater.

4. Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm and above.

5. Reduce the amount of OILY food.

6. Drink more water in the morning,LESS at night.

7. Keep your distance from you phone CHARGER.

8. Do not use HEADPHONE for long period time.

9. Best sleeping is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning.

10. When battery is LOW last grid bar ,do not answer the phone as the radiationis low times.

cuma tak tahu baik atau buruk je .

i dont know how to express my sadness this moment , i miss the way he makes a joke , i miss the moment when we do a crazy things ,i miss to look into her eyes , i miss all about her . ;(
i really dont know what the problem between us . IF I HAVE A CHANCE , I JUST WANNA SAY THAT I REALLY LOVE HER .
